We want information about INSTAWHOLE to be convenient and easy to understand, including when using a keyboard or assistive technology. This page describes the measures implemented, the scope of checks and how to report barriers.

Scope of this information
This information covers instawhole.com, which presents the brand, its areas of activity and contact details. The showroom link leads to the INSTAWHOLE store on Allegro. Purchases take place on Allegro and were not included in the checks described below.
Our approach to accessibility
We take WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines into account when creating the website. WCAG 2.2 AA is our direction for further development. We have not conducted a full audit of all WCAG criteria, so we do not declare full compliance with these standards.
INSTAWHOLE is a microenterprise. Services offered or provided by microenterprises are excluded from the Polish Accessibility Act under Article 4(1) of the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring that certain products and services meet accessibility requirements. We publish this information voluntarily. The exemption for services does not automatically exempt obligations for products covered by the Act.
Measures supporting accessibility
- Keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator.
- A “Skip to content” link, headings and semantic page structure.
- Scalable text and a layout that adapts to screen width.
- Alternative descriptions for images.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings in the browser or system.
We have also added an assistant launch button and a chat panel with keyboard support and the option to close it with Escape. Anti-spam verification may use an external Cloudflare component.
Checks performed and their limitations
On 11 October 2026, basic technical checks were performed on the accessibility information page. We checked layouts at widths of 1440, 390 and 320 pixels, the Polish language declaration, heading structure, and the “Skip to content” link and keyboard operation. At the checked widths, the page did not require horizontal scrolling.
These checks are not a full accessibility audit of the whole website. They do not confirm compliance with all WCAG criteria, all contrast requirements or screen reader operation. They do not cover the Allegro purchase process. Results may need to be checked again after content or functionality changes.

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email biuro@instawhole.com. Include the page address, describe the difficulty and tell us what format would help you. You may optionally add information about your browser or assistive technology.
We will review your report and reply to the email address you provide to agree on a possible way to help or remove the barrier.
